 Services Provided:

We offer basketball recruiting and showcase services, including but not limited to:

• Organizing and managing showcase events.

• Providing athlete profiles and exposure to recruiters.

• Facilitating connections between athletes, recruiters, and institutions.

 Eligibility To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Registration and Accounts

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update such information to keep it accurate.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Any unauthorized access or use of your account must be reported to us immediately.

Payments and Refunds

• Fees for Services must be paid in full before participation.

• Refunds are only available as specified in our refund policy.

• Late or missed payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.

Event Participation

• Participants must adhere to all event rules, schedules, and instructions.

• Misconduct, including abusive behavior or violation of event policies, may result in immediate removal without refund.

Athlete Profiles and Content

• By providing information for your athlete profile, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use this content for promotional purposes.

• You represent and warrant that any content you provide does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Services.
